Attorney Tricia Lindsay

The People’s Advocate

Attorney Lindsay is accustomed to fighting hard and working hard to get results. A former schoolteacher and administrator of 24 years in the New York City and Yonkers Public School Districts, Ms. Lindsay worked passionately to improve the lives of her students. Going beyond the call of duty, she worked with underserved families in her districts to ensure that her students and their families received the adequate educational and social services they needed. She also advocated for the rights of her students and their families who fell prey to the criminal justice system.

Ms. Lindsay’s

Ms. Lindsay’s experiences in her long career in education fueled her desire to impact families in a more meaningful way by representing people in the courts, the place where the underserved lack adequate representation. During her time in the school system, Ms. Lindsay observed the vast inequities in education and the damaging effects of the system of racism that is in place and decided something had to be done, and even more importantly, she had to do more.

In direct line with tackling the issues in the education system, Tricia served the communities of the Bronx, Yonkers, Harlem, NY, and Hartford, Connecticut, addressing the social, educational, and spiritual needs of the youth. For nearly seven years, Tricia served as the Chairperson for the Scribe’s Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the opportunity gap and increasing the exposure gap in minority children through literacy and S.T.E.M. training.

Tricia Lindsay has always been passionate about everything she does. Recognizing gross injustices throughout the pandemic in the educational, health, and religious sectors, Lindsay immediately became a vocal proponent of people, speaking on various platforms throughout the United States of America, educating the masses on the Constitution, and citing constitutional law to defend multiple persons whose rights had been violated by the government and corporate overreach.

A Touro College of Law graduate, Attorney Lindsay provides voice, advocacy, and legal representation for those who often go unheard. A fierce litigator, profound orator, and fearless warrior, Tricia S. Lindsay is the People’s Advocate!
